.... a lovely girl born and raised in Sheffield with a big heart and a family to match, yes there's a lot of them, spread out over and beyond Sheffield. Karen loves a spot of walking, which is good news as Jim is also an enthusiast. With a passion for crisps and chocolate it might be a case of 'love me love my chocolate addiction' as the saying goes, nevertheless Jim's still around....

.... the silver fox. Jim's the type of guy who's happy to help with any issue, going as far as to say he can fix most things. Jim 's Fixed It for a fair few; you all know who you are. Not content to fix just technical issues though, he's been there for most of us at some point in our lives, lightening the load 🙂

First Encounters
Jim met Karen around 20 years ago when she stopped off for a Latte with her daughter Georgina, at Refresh cafe in Broomhill, Sheffield. With Jim at the helm in Refresh he came to know all his regular coffee lovers including Karen and Georgina who often called in for a brew.

First Date
Karen & Jim's first date was in a Costa Coffee shop ... Jim had a regular cappuccino and a bun, Karen a latte also with a bun (chocolate).

Engagement
October 2018The setting was the wonderful Il Gallo d'Oro Michelin starred restaurant at The Cliff Bay Hotel, on the island of Madeira... Jim had on his best bib and tucker, Karen her best dress....
